Our Duties

We identify the best Italian wine producers in the most favorable territories and the best dealers, restaurateurs and retailers in USA and Canada. We listen carefully to the producers and understand their needs.
Based on the number of bottles produced, prices, sales requirements, and market objectives, we create a personalized commercial strategy for each winery, with a vision on how(?) to achieve their goals.
We manage the bureaucracy and paperwork required in order to sell in the various markets.

Strategic Operations

We supervise the work done by each individual distributor through periodic visits to the area.
We participate in tastings organized by distributors.
We support the sales staff of the distributors.
We are available to meet with the press and participate in events organized by Italian and American trade magazines.
Assistance in sampling’s shipments.

Operational Practices

We assist wineries in handling official paperwork (federal registration, label approval, etc.).
We provide assistance, management, and monitoring for orders and invoices.
We offer periodic reports of depletions (sales statisticsWe provide a monthly report on sales performance, as well as on past and future activities.
We coordinate and organize visits to wineries (customers, press, managers and sales staff, etc.).
We provide support to wineries for the management of funds and CMO incentives.
